Take out the trap to the bath in the XXX. Supply and fit a 38mm plastic waste trap properly connected to the existing waste pipe.

Take out the leaking or otherwise defective waste pipe to the XXX bath. Supply and fit a 38mm plastic waste pipe including 38mm clearing access and plug where the waste emerges from the wall and leave waste pipe properly supported and set to discharge into drainage system without nuisance.

Disconnect the bath in the XXX from the existing services and clear away. Strip out all water supplies and cap off. Remove all waste pipework and properly seal any connections to soil pipework.
