Replace the existing self-closing device from the # specify exact position of door# with a suitable replacement hydraulic top of door self-closing device in accordance with Appendix I to this schedule. Make good the door, by filling any voids with intumescent paste or intumescent plaster. The device to be adjusted so that it over-rides the latch and leaves the door effectively self-closing into its rebate on completion.
