Hack off all # specify defect e.g. unkeyed, damaged etc #plaster to the # specify position e.g. wall, ceiling, soffit, cornice etc #. Re-plaster area leaving a smooth surface on completion flush with surrounding areas and matching original. Work to provide minimum fire-resistance on completion in accordance with the standards in appendix I. Junctions with adjacent structural elements shall be constructed so that the structure maintains its fire integrity in the event of a fire, and is imperforate and sealed against the passage of the products of combustion on completion. Fill any gaps around cables and pipes with intumescent paste.
