Provide Manhole

Break up paving as necessary, and excavate to expose existing drain run. Construct an adequate manhole. Trim, level and ram bottom of excavation. Lay 150mm concrete bed, build one brick thick sides in semi - engineering bricks, build in end of new drain(s) and flush point brickwork internally. Cut out section of existing drain, bed 100mm straight channel and channel bend(s) as necessary. Bench up channels. Provide and bed suitable manhole cover and frame. Return, fill and ram and make good pavings.
