WC remove and repair

Temporarily remove WC pan and connections to cistern. Remove timber boarding from base of WC pan. Provide new impermeable flooring to WC enclosure. Reconnect to existing soil outlet with flexible connector. Reconnect WC cistern. Test for water tightness. Resecure WC pan directly to floor to include cement work and making good.
