Sub-Floor ventilation

Install airbricks to the XXX external walls, ducted as necessary to give proper sub-floor ventilation and reinstate timber floor, replacing defective sections as necessary on existing honeycombed or new brick constructed sleeper walls. The wall plates to be on an approved damp proof membrane. Leave the new floor sound and level and make good all work disturbed.

Remove broken sub-floor grating and fix new gratings to terracotta airbricks.

Install XXX airbricks to the XXX wall to give proper sub-floor ventilation, ducted as necessary. Make good works disturbed.
